      Does FocusComet delete my apps?

      No. FocusComet hides the apps you choose for the length of a focus session. When the session ends they come back, with their data untouched.

      It can work like one, and it goes further. Calm mode blocks the apps you pick with a gentle redirect. Immersive mode hides them from your home screen, app drawer and dock until the timer ends, so there's nothing to tap. Most blockers leave the icon visible and only show a block page after you tap it.

      Can it help me reduce screen time and stop doomscrolling?
